KG Khelaghor Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Kg khelaghor (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "kgkhelaghor.app") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Verify all information before placing a bet.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum bet limits may vary by match and market.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is accepted are final.
• If a match is cancelled or left unresolved, the bet will be refunded (treated as Void).
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, kg khelaghor reserves the right to void that bet.
• If contradictory bets on the same event are detected, both bets may be voided.

For any betting-related disputes, contact the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this window may not be considered.

Regarding Deposits:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kg khelaghor. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Attempting to hack an account or use another person's credentials.
• Abusing the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.

If suspicious activity is detected, kg khelaghor reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account without prior investigation. If the investigation confirms wrongdoing, the matter may be referred to law enforcement.

Kg khelaghor may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Regulatory authority directives.
• At the user's own request.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure (subject to applicable terms and conditions).
